HELP!! no boost

Blown intercooler boot, blown turbo, or blown line to the gauge.

If it were turbo, i would think truck would not run? Truck does run but not get faster than 30 mph or so and blows black smoke from exhaust. I checked hoses, is there a diagram of all hoses having to do w turbo, intercooler etc?

Depends on how the turbo blows. Sounds like an intercooler boot.

Yep, sounds like a cut boot or a tube blew off. Recheck all the boots, I've seen them get a long hair line crack that you can't see, you could only find it after you put your hand on every boot.
