noise from under truck from fuel pump area

Hello this is my second 250 traded in my 2010 for a 2012.

Here is my question: i have approximately 2100 miles on the truck. About 2 weeks ago i heard a weird clicking noise comming from under the seat area. I dont think its the seat making the clicking noise. I believe its the fuel pump or canister.

Earlier today i fueled up and drove about 150 miles shurt off the truck. Got a cup of coffe then i returned i turned the key and let the punp run for about 2-5 sec with out turning over the engine, and that is when i heard it. It sounded like allways like a mild humming sound then all of a sudden click then it hummed again. I tried it about four times and it kept on doing it. :confus

Once i gotto the office i tried to duplicate it it wount do it again it does this once in a while.

The other day i tried getting to do it at dealer and no luck.

Any advice or comments
