Another satisfied ford owner
As a few of you know I had issues with the " death wobble" . I finally had time to bring it in so I called my dealer, told them the problem, guy took it for a drive, said he would not drive it again till he fixed it. Found: worn outer tie rod, worn track bar ball joint and track bar bushing. Then performed TSB - 11-6-14 steering damper failed test -> replaced , 4 wheel alignment done. 4 hours later the truck was done , all new parts , charge= $0. No more wobble .
Another happy customer. Oh and they topped up my fuel and gave me a me f350 for the few hours it took to fix

Not very often you hear somebody thank a dealership or stick up for one, it's always the old "stealership" crap. Thanks!

Great to hear!
What is your thought on why your truck needed the items? Could it have been wear, or was it possibly just faulty parts? Thanks! Steve Last edited by sarends; 03-19-2012 at 02:44 PM. |
