I have turned my wife down two times now to sell my truck and get the 2011 . First let my son have my truck , NOPE. Second today was to let my son in-law buy my truck and get the 2011 today , NOPE again. I like the 11 but my 6.0 it setup just how I like it . I only have 68K on my truck and running 13.7 in town and highway is 17.5 . Am I nuts to keep doing this or is that 49K for a king ranch worth it.

I would have a hard time selling a truck if it was working just the way I want it to. Just don't go test drive one, you might fall in love.

I drove through the lot looking at them while my wifes Escape was getting oil trans and coolant flush done and I did want one. But then again PAYMENT !!!! ahhhh it's hell when the wife says get it .. Owell maybe in a few years I'll think about it more .

Yes Mike, you are nuts. But anyone who has tried to have a conversation with you can figure that out. But...I don't blame you. I couldn't bring myself to trade in the ol' pumpkin on an '11 either.

I had a 05 set up just the way I wanted .Truck was getting fixed driving through lot saw a 011 . 2 days later went back and tried it now it is in my driveway love it can't compare the 2.I am sad when I go by dealer and see it sitting there for sale but this 011 is an awesome truck hands down!!!

Nothing! You guys just want a diesel to make noise like they always have, and the 11's have 5x the amount of emissions controls on them to screw up . I know I won't be buying an 11, unless I move and don't need emissions anymore

I think you're normal. I could purchase an 2011 right now if I wanted to as other than rent, I have zero payments but that's exactly the way I want to keept things. I bought my '05 in 2008 with the notion of driving her til the wheels fell off. Bottom line is that if you're happy with what you got, why change? Talk the wife into buying some other toy with all the money you're saving by not purchasing the 2011.
