Chuggin up hill????
So my 6.7 has 10,000 miles on it and last night I was accenting a small grade with the radio cranked and I was maintaining about 45 mph. I started to feel almost a pulsating response from the engine, I turned the radio down and it was making almost like a chugging sound with power surging. As soon as I stepped on the pedal a little harder it went away. Anyone else felt this?

I've felt that at low speed putzing around the neighborhood. A little more pressure to the throttle and it goes away.

I get the same when hitting resume on the cruise control at 100-110kmh. If I hit the + button on the cruise set it goes away
