They say there is nothing they can do - engineering is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
Its been over 2 months. I've asked that they try something, so they are going to try swapping out the EGR components.

Sounds like a visit to the dealer is in order; good luck and keep us informed...

I am trying to understand your post. Who is "He" and where is "there" and what are you talking about?

I was just saying that YOU have brought it to the ford dealer multiple times with no fix. Sorry for the confusion.

Sounds like a new turbo/waste gate assembly is needed. Notice that the boost doesn't wanna hit 10psi and your towing. What dealership are you dealing with?

i was wondering if it was turbo related. i didnt see the gauge move but someone else told me drivetrain related.

My dealership is Carstairs Ford up in Canada. They say that the wastegate is only doing what it is being told to do. The problem lies elsewhere - Maybe changing the EGR components will actually help. I know there are other trucks out there with this same problem but I haven't heard of anyone getting it rectified yet. I am hoping to hear from someone who has had it fixed so I don't have to wait on Ford's engineers as that may take months yet.
