Angry Bad news for 2012 w/ navigation

My local dealer just showed me the order guide for the 2012 Superduty and it shows the navigation unit or any package that includes it as "late availability" which the dealer said probably means the end of 2011 or the first part of 2012 before they will be available. This really sucks!

Thank the mess in Japan. There's a lot of things that are being hurt because of it.

I sure hope my new truck doesn't come with the My Ford Touch stuff. I rented a new 2011 Ford Edge and it was a pain in the neck. We kept accidentally turning the hazard lights on every time we tried to use the stereo or nav system

Once you get used to it it's actually really cool, but then again I'm part of the "technology generation" aka 26 years old.

Go with a a high quality aftermarket unit. Way better than factory anyway.
