Question About Ford Service Plan

Does anyone have a link or something where i can see when i can go and have the different services done?... i purchased the plan with the truck but cant seem to find when i can do my different services. Thank You!!

FWIW, I have a "Service plan" for my 6.4 and its next to worthless. It doesnt pay for all of the regular maintenance and uses repalcement parts not OEM parts for brakes and stuff. Plus it uses the semi synthetic oil vs full synthetic. I'll never buy a Ford service plan again.

Good question . . . . don't know if there is a really good answer without talking to your dealer.

Like you, I don't remember anything standing out in my mind when the dealer handed me 30lbs of paperwork . . . .patted me on the behind and shewed me out the door like a 4 year old on his first day of playing in the yard by himself!

I do know that my dealer already has a bunch of stuff pre-scheduled for my maintenance. they are tentative, based on mileage and performance, but it is in their system. I believe there is also a link from the message center on-board. I vaguely remember seeing something that I could access that would tell me what they are, but I don't know if that service is a dealer thing, a Ford thing, or a Ford mandated dealer thing.

Call your dealer. Now that you bring it up, I'm going to do the same.
