Airlift Airbags

I'm getting a lot more sag in the rear of my '11 F250 CCSB than I would like when I tow my toyhauler. The tongue weight fully loaded is over 1000 lbs even with my equilizer hitch, which doesn't seem to do much. I'm conisdering installing the Airlift Loadlifter 5000 rear leveling bags and controller. Anyone out there have any opinions of this system and how or if it changes the ride quality at all? I read on this forum (I think in the towing section) some recommend the Firestone Bags but my local installer said he has had better results with the Airlift system. I like the ride of the new truck over the 97 F-250HD I had before, you needed kidney pads on long trips as it rode so rough. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have the same issue with my race car hauler and I am using the same WD hitch. I was going to go with the AirLift 5000 systems since they have the digital controller and rebate until the end of May.

I have airlift airbags and love them so far, they really didnt change the ride any but i did notice the truck dosent sway in the rear as much.

I've used both the AirLift and Firestone units on previous trucks and they both worked fine. The secret to longevity on the air bags is: Don't over inflate them and don't run them under inflated either. I think the recommended minimum is 15 psi.

I just ordered a set of the Firestones for the new 2011, they also have a digital in-cab controller. I usually get my stuff from the Suspension Connection website.
