Fuel filter change...cranks but dies

Sorry, should be in 6.4 forum. Mods can you move or delete please.

Changed the fuel filters. Did the purge. My spartain is showing 0 psi fuel pressure. I can crank it and it builds pressure than the pressure starts dropping and it dies. I cycle the key and get 0 pressure. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

well i got it. Backed the cap back until the o-ring didn't engage the housing anymore then tightened down to just snug and it cranked right up. guess they say 22 ft lbs for a reason. Getting 36 mm tomorrow so i can check them all with torque wrench.
