dumb question??

sorry guys could be a dumb one for ya but..... I have a 2011 f350 short box and wondering if i could fit a larger fuel tank... i have a 90L i believe now and i know the long box has I believe a 140L tank> is it possible to install that in my truck with the short box or is there just no room cause of the obvious length difference in boxes? The reason i am curious is i like to last a little longer between stops at the gas stations lol... when i am hauling my 26 foot holiday trailer i am lucky to get 300 kms to a tank lol... pretty rough if you ask me lol. and no i dont want to run a slip tank either

Subscribed. Thinking about installing a transfer tank if this doesn't work.

The LB really does make it that much harder to park & maneuver at the boat ramp - so some of us don't really have a choice but to go SB.

$1100+. A little steep for 25 extra gallons. Probably go the transfer tank route.

2011 FORD Crew Cab, Short Bed-SUPER SERIES (7020211)
50 Gallon extra heavy duty midship replacement fuel tank for 2011 FORD pickups with Crew Cabs and 6 ft beds. Tank is constructed of military grade cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE). Tank comes complete with powder-coated steel mounting strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings and accessories. Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. This new TITAN Tank hangs approximately only 1” below bottom of stock tank shield bracket. Very similar in appearance to original equipment tank. Introduction first ship date: Approximately October 15, 2010.

And yes its a little steep, I've seen a few other suppliers but Titan was the first to come to mind.
