Will this bed liner fit my truck?

What's up all,
My bed is pretty beat up... really beat up, inside and along the top of the bed sides. I found an 03 super-duty drop in bed liner for $75. I have a 1997. Both are long beds. Do you think it'll fit? It's just to make it look pretty I know some people don't like drop-ins and that they think it'll rust the bed out, but I'm not scared. Then I'll just have to get a white tailgate and I'm all set. tailgate is pretty mashed, and I have a high tolerance for ugly trucks....

Yes it will fit.
Side note: You posted this in the 6.7 General Discussion section. You'd get a lot more response if you posted in the 7.3 section.
