Well

I had to let go of the 2010 6.4 this weekend, it was a lemon I'm sure. So I traded up to a new 2011 with the 6.7. Love it so far. Other than that I'm not saying much else since I don't want to jinx my luck. It's good to be part of the 6.7 crowd!

I don't mean to derail this thread but has the f250 always had this brake system and the f350 the other one. Is what the f250 the same as the f150 or different? Also wondering what makes the f350 braking system so much better. I'm not a big gear head so be gentle.

the obs trucks...(pre 99/98) had vac brakes for all models. the 99s up to the end of 2010 (6.4s) had hyrdoboost(powersteering powered) brakes. then starting in 2011 on the 6.7s, the F250s went back to vac brakes and the F350s stayed with hyrdoboost.
