Just Test Drove A 250

Man talking about being impressed! My gears are now going in overdrive thinking about should I or wait. I don't even know where to begin. From the zero turbo lag to the seat of the pants feel, everything was spot on. My only concern is buying a truck that just came out. Anyone have any real big issues with their truck? I'd hate to dive head in and then find out the truck has drive train issues or is blowing head gaskets....

Don't do it.....

You just about have yours where you want it. But I don't blame ya, had the Hybrid in for some work and the salesman caught me looking and made me take one for a spin First thing I wanted to do is go straight home and came back for a trade in. Guess its a good thing I'm headed to Okie land and don't need a new payment.

You made the fatal flaw lol..I didnt really want a new truck but I screwed up and drove it home for the weekend and never took it back lol.However,I couldnt part with my 05 and prolly never will.

I'm at 13600 mi with "0" issues. I realllyy love this truck...the funny thing is the truck just got way better mpg after 13500 mi

Yea I'm about 95% sure I"m going to bit the bullet and get one. What are you guys getting for mileage?

I ordered one just before the new year, cant wait...

my Dad has a F350 that he bought in mid June, he was getting 22 MPG ( Mostly Highway)
pre 400/800 flash. he is now sitting aroung 19.5 MPG . Not too bad considering winter # 2 here in Canada until april

these are fuel in/mileage ran numbers not dash numbers

I think you will make the right choice. I sell Kenworth Highway Trucks and we are having great luck with the NEW SCR ( Diesel Exhaust Fluid ) Engines. Cummins and Paccar
now that the emmissions are being taken care of in the exhaust stream, not in cylinder my truck should be in by end of Febuary at the latest.

** Not to hijack your thread, but what are you all being told for deliery time on ordered trucks. i was told ten weeks, now it has dropped back to eight weeks. i got a the VIN number monday of this week. any one?
