Just traded a '10 F250 Lariat CC FX4 with 30,000 miles for a '11 F250 Lariat CC FX4 with 10 miles. The '10 was paid for and the trade difference was not to bad. There is no comparison between the two in my opinion. I love the '11.

What does the FX4 get you? Is it just skid plates? Thanks, just trying to understand difference between FX4 and plain old 4X4.

Yes Fx4 is just skid plates and If you get it lifted they have to take them off anyway.
