Cab (clearance) lights

Has anybody thought/changed the color of the cab lights? I think ice blue would look pretty good, but haven't found a vendor that stocks them.

I think you'd run into trouble with johny law if you had blue lights on your roof... Other than that though, it might look okay. Not really my thing, but whatever.

Ya you have to be careful with that. My dad has made his red but I think he only gets away with it because he is friends with the cops.

That is just giving law enforcement the "probable cause" to simply pull you over.

As cool as it may look it is probably not worth the hassle at all.

I already put smoked cab lights on mine but I am going to be adding white led's to it.

Has anyone looked into adding cab lights to a truck without them from the factory?
I just got my truck and it doesn't have them (I didn't have time to order so I had to go with the closest to what I wanted) and I think these trucks look much better with them.

I guess my question is is the wiring already there? or would I need to run it to the head light power?

RECON Truck Accessories they sell kits to add them to trucks that do not come with them originally... you can actually get their dodge stealth cab lights and put them on our trucks.... i personally think it would look sick and am going to do it to mine if i cant find one with them already!

I personally wouldn't have the guts to be on a ladder drilling into the roof of my brand new truck! Just me... Sounds a little sketchy
