FoMoCo Called This Morning

I just wanted to put this out there since my last several posts have been kind of negative over the cracked transmission issue I have.

Ford called this morning to check in and to let me know they will get me an ETA for my transmission. I told her I understand that everyone was in "low gear" during the holidays and her response was "time to get it out of low gear".

FoMoCo has been very helpful and friendly after the battle and I glad to be back in a Blue Oval.

Lets hope this is the last and only issue I have.

It does leave me with a good feelings that the higher ups took a vested interest in this.

this will win them alot more ford owners. do they give you a truck or car to drive also while you wait?

Haven't gotten to that point yet... I am sure the dealership will, at least I hope they do.
