Winter gaurd

Checking for a friend, do they have winter gaurds for the new 2011? My 6.4 came with one.

They do but I haven't heard of anyone needing one yet. Today I sat at idle in -10*F for about two hours and it had no problem maintaining operating temp. My 6.4 would fall to about 120* without the cover in those temps.

I had 2 6.4's and never received a winter front with either one. Never have had trouble with Fords heating up in the winter. Now Duramax's are a different story, anything below 36 and you'll freeze

Certain areas in the US get the grille covers. I have no idea why IL doesn't. Still blows my mind.
