Back in a Blue Oval (SOON)

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself! I am back in a Blue Oval again

I just placed the order for our new 6.7 on Friday and I cannot wait to get her! We did a dealer search a couple of times last week and there wasn't one that had the item I wanted. Some had more others had less. So I decided to order her.

I have bled blue since my first car which was a 88 Cougar XR-7 and my first truck was 95 F-150XL! Since then I had two Super Duty F-250 with 7.3s. But then I lost my job in '03 and my wife almost killed herself in my '01 F-250 7.3 when she rolled it down a 60' embankment. 600+ stitches, 2 surgeries and 4 days in a hospital. This was before they had the "Employee Pricing" at GM, a close friend of ours (who worked for GM) came forward with a pin number that gave me the factory employee discount. At the same time my good friends at Ford were telling me NOT TO BUY 6.0! So we went with the '04 Duramax LB7 in a GMC 2500HD. It is a good truck, it needed a new set of injectors and it is starting to have problems that are more of a PITA than I would like to deal with. So I pulled the trigger after seeing my friends truck and test driving them.

So after a long absence, I am back in a Ford and back at a dealership I can TRUST! In all these years I never found a GM dealership I was comfortable with. Hell one of the dealerships tried killing me (LITERALLY) twice! And when I took them to court (for expenses of $400 they refused to pay) they DID NOT even show up! So unless something stupid happens with my new Ford or Ford all together I am BACK!

Congrats on the new truck. Your going to love it. A friend off mine has one right now an after riding in it what can i say. WOW which is an understatement. If somebody makes a truck that is better then that. let me know. These things are just rolling off the lot as soon as the dealers get them in. Ford really doesnt have any competition when it comes to trucks. They are by far the best out there an its not even close.Once again congrats.
