Ok. How do i figure out my actual build date. The salesman told me week of aug 9th when i was waiting. The door jamb says 08/10.

The salesman probably got his date from the oasis report.

august 2010 build date. Nice truck cant be too dumb driving a 2011 unless of course you just won the lottery. lol.

You can get them to run you an oasis report and it will give you the exact date in August.

Ok, thanks guys. I figured I would need an oasis, just hoped for a little known simlpe way.
I'm just trying to make sure I already have 400/800 from factory. I have trust issues with salesmen. Even though this one was a joy to work with.

U can look on your window sticker underneath ur vin # and bar code there's a box directly below with a list of letter and numbers at the end of this line there will be a space the remaining 6 numbers on this line will be your exact build date. Ford's window stickers have been coded like this for many years. Hope this helps.
