6.7 reflash
Anyone out there had a reflash yet ? Just wondering! I'm still waiting on my local dealer to get the hardware. Do we have to wait for the letter from Ford? to get it done or can we just go.

Wait for the letter. I think we'll get that in two weeks or less (fingers crossed). I'm just about ready for the first service (included in deal) so I'll wait till my letter comes and do it all one trip.

What is up with the reflash? I thought I heard there was a reflash that increased hp and torque, is that what you're talking about? Or is it a reflash to correct a bug in the current sw? Either case, does it cost anything? Thanks for any info!

What is the build date on the truck? Afer the first week of AUgust you should be all set with the latest flash. You can tell by looking at your window sticker.

Door says 08/10. I didn't even think about asking about getting the sticker until i realized we didn't have at home. Oh well.

That is one sharp looking truck!
You probably have the new flash. As there were only a couple of build days in August that wouldn't have gotten it and I believe they were shut down according to one of the sites... Did you drive a pre-August build truck? You might be able to butt dyno notice a difference of 10 HP and 65 lbs. of tq. I was also hoping there was a tranny flash fix too -

If I read the news release correctly, the reflash adresses "hp, torque and other issues" so hopefully, they will change the trans logic for the better.
