Kinda surprised that the GMC had better empty mpg's. Can't wait for the Job 2 trucks with the upgraded motors, etc. Great job Ford!

I wonder why PM used the 3.55 diff. instead of the 3.73 on the other two? I would think that those acceleration numbers would be slightly skewed with the different ratios. Of course the mileage no.s on the SD would have been less. JMO.

they didn't boost launch their trucks either...the chevy would have been hurting if boosted (after a few runs), and the super duty would have been just as it was. People on here have ran stock times at high 15's-1/4 mile. I am very surprised about the empty gas mileage though. Potentially, I think the 6.7L is way ahead of the duramax...but we'll see if things pan out.

Look under the hood of a new ford or gm Idk even know what to say are we going even beable to change a air filter. But great runs for now im sticking it old school trucks gotta see how this motor shows up to be.

I have beenthere and donethat. Filter is accessi...easy to get to on the passen... the other side from where you drive it. This motor has been thorou...tested a lot in pretty harsh condit... weather extremes. I am sure there will be improvem...things changed for the better as there always is. But for the money... this truck has power, economy, and the ability to work hard under a load for hour after hour, without hesit...a hiccup.
