Oil life monitor
Had dealer change oil because it was free since I bought truck from them. Anyways they said in order to reset the oil life monitor it had to be hooked up to computer to reset completely. I hope this isn't true as I don't want to pay dealer pricing on oil changes.

On my truck I can do it myself, but on the '11 I really don't know. You should be able to. I think that is a sucker why of them getting you to come in.

Check page 26 of the Owner's Guide. It explains how to reset the "OIL LIFE." You don't need a dealer to do it.
