My 2011 King Ranch Dually 4x4 is here what do you think

I just got my Truck on friday. Some of you know I had originally ordered a 2011 F450. Well when it came in I drove it and was unhappy of the ride as the sales man had said it would ride like an F350.

To make a long story short they had a guy who wanted my F450 so they told me to drive this 2011 F350 Lariat King Ranch.....it has every possible option from Sunroof to navigation to off road package to 3.73's to tailgate camera, tailgate step, remote start........everything but the kitchen sink.....

Sticker was $66,000...was able to buy this out the door witha dealer rebate and some other incentives for $53,000..in my book I did pretty fair. Plus I traded in my 2006 F350 and they gave me $25,000 for it....so I financed just about half.

On the maiden voyage I was getting around 15.6 MPG but it increased to 18.2 mpg...now that is what I am talking about.

The dealer is going to install a new B&W hitch in the bed today.....and it'll be ready to rock!

I love the color....does not show very much of the dust whatsoever.....

Plus my daughter loves the DVD player!

You know what...I was not happy when I saw the fenders on the trucks before I ordered them...but I pulled a small trailer and let me tell you it makes it easier to see it........I had a mega cab dually before and didn't care for them...and changed then to a full size fender...........and would have changed it back had I not had all the money inversted in the swap.

What I love is the fact I got over 18 MPG empty...it will only get better from here.

Going to haul a heavy *** load this weekend with it and we'll really put it to the test.

And it is quiet.........less than a Duramax in my own opinion...

Thanks for the nice comments!

Aaron

hmm..didnt really think about that with the small trailer, maybe that was the point? I guess that would make sense.

The MPG sounds good, but when you hand calculate it, it wont be as good, I know, I have one..
