6.7L cummins exhaust brake vs. 6.7L powerstroke exhaust brake

I have a 2009 dodge 2500 cummins with a factory exhaust brake. it works awesome. very good stopping power when turned on. I am considering a 2011 Ford F-250 with the powerstroke engine. I heard that for 2011 they are supposed to have some type of exhaust brake. Is this true? I asked one of the salesman at ford and he didn't know what I was talking about.

I test drove a 2011 last wednesday. I didn't see a switch to enable the exhaust brake like the cummins. I thought I remembered reading somewhere it came on when in tow/haul mode. I never heard it on the test drive, but maybe I missed something.

the exhaust brake works in tow/haul mode.
It does help to limit speed increases down hill, and when down shifting, which the truck does very smoothly (also in tow/haul mode)

Yup, in Tow/haul mode. Not nearly as noticeable unhitched but much more noticeable when hitched up. I will agree that having the "button" like the cummins is nice though.
