So, I priced out all 3 models, in both the 250 and 350.
It's retarded how much chrome you have to put on the XLT to get any other options. Who the hell wants chrome tow hooks and tie downs in the BOX!
Looks like I may have to get the Lariat just to reduce the amount of chrome on the damn thing and still get the LCD display. Not sure yet if I really want leather though.

Prices

XL 250 $47040 350 $48290
XLT 250 $50320 350 $51350
Lariat 250 $53990 350 $54640

From what I can tell with how I built them, using the Lariat as the baseline, with the XLT you lose the foglamps, leather, reverse sensing system, sirius, and LCD display.
The XL also loses powerscope mirrors, and carpet.

Really wish everything wasn't a "package"

Mine was a Sterling Grey 250 sb cc Lariat, A skipped the nav, my dad has a new 2010 F150 and the Nav is pretty much worthless.

You're telling me! Not sure why it wouldn't look good, but I just want the blue exterior with the adobe interior. And would be curious to run a 350 drw with 3.55's, might not be enough gear but I would be willing to find out.

Yeah, the ones I priced were all CC SB's with 3:31's and elockers, FX4 package. The lariat was pretty much a base, not much added except upfitter switches (which require an upgraded alternator).
The others were built as close to that as possible, except without things that I listed in prior post
