I know Canada gets screwed with price but that's a lot of loonies

I just built my identical truck as in options, diesel, 2wd, ext cab, 8 ft bed .. basically my truck but new $51,169 on Ford.ca

Ford of Canada also seems more aggressive with rebates etc. that the States though, there is already a 5k rebate on the 2011's and we bought a few 2010's in October/November 2009 when Ford of Canada was offering A plan plus a 10k rebate, the last 09 we bought had a 12k rebate etc.

Rebates included, we are still getting screwed by FORD Canada. Notice the C$ dollar is c-hair away from par??? By it in the States and import it. You will save thousands.

Brand new is used tomorrow. So why even buy new when people with the money or less brains will buy and sell for the next model year. Than buy the savings is huge and nobody is the wiser to know you dont have a new truck. IMO new is a huge waste of money and for what?

Some of the most wealthy peple i know who can buy new all day long dont. And that is part of how they stay that way.

The old man went to order his 2011 the other day and decided to hold off when the best price he got from four diffrent dealers was just shy of 82 000, that was for a King Ranch F350 CC SRW SB, and they told him it would be a lot extra if he wanted chrome bumpers instead of painted.

Then the best part is they told him his 02 350 CC SB with 150 000kms and not a dent or scratch on it was only worth maybe $9500 because " nobody in their right mind would pay more than that for a truck that old"
