I was just going to post this. I doubt the 29 mpg will be truly accurate, but 20+ should be very common.

i can see the 20mpgs also. maybe more than that. but its a great start for these trucks.

now i just need to find a way to rasie 60K

notice the f250 and f350 diff is different.

I was told by a Ford regional rep a couple months ago about a 22 MPG number. I told him yeah right and if that turns out to be true and it is as good a motor as the 6.4 I would put an order in. but as there was hype about tthe 6.0 and 6.4 I will wait to see. Should be interesting though.

great article... I think Ford has rendered its apology for the 6.0-6.4 with class plus. I plan on accepting the apology and enjoying the ride.

Maybe I'll like the way it looks when they do the billet grill later on. Those two sideways looking buckteeth just throw me off. I like the big rig looks of my 09.

I went to the Richmond Auto Show today, and they had a "pre-production" 2011 F-250 SuperDuty there. It was a gasser, though, so there was no chance to check out the new diesel. The truck was locked, so nobody could open the hood or sit in it.

The factory rep claimed they'd start to appear on dealership lots within the next month or so - and he said that the new diesel was going to be rated at about 390 horsepower and well over 700 pounds/feet of torque.

wow wow wow.. even the part they said it pulled 33k lb easily...impressive.
