Surely he was mistaken....
My dad just traded in his 07 6.0 for a 2010 6.4 King Ranch dually. When he asked what I thought about the 6.4 I asked why not wait until the 6.7s are available. His response was the sales guy told him a similarly equipped 6.7 will run ~$69k. Any truth to this or was he just trying to get a sale now versus a sale down the road by discouraging him from a 6.7?

I don't think Ford has released the price difference yet. I could be wrong, but that's what my salesman told me a week ago...

Wouldn't surprise me............

With the new materials they build that motor out of plus all the extra emmisions crap, I wouldnt be surprised if they are at least $5k more the an 2010. My 08 was stickered at $55k so I wouldnt be surprised to see a 2011 King Ranch F350 Dually at a high $60k sticker.

But Remember the motor is being built in House Now by Ford, so they Control cost and cut out the Middle man from what i understand......
The one i read and liked the most LOL ,was the one where they said the new exhaust stuff was a $2000 add on to the price, and the motor was about the same, price wise as Last year. i've also read where it was said the new trucks would be 5 to 6 thousand more...? guess we will see in a Short... I believe they will be a Good $5,000 more and i can see why with all the New stuff! |
