For those that have replaced their intake, I am about to put in my no limit stage 1 that I bought from a member. It did not come with instructions, but it seems pretty easy, however, the little deal that is attached to the air box (not sure what it is, too late to go look). What is done with that?? And, what is it????
Oh that's the restriction gauge. It's not needed on the new one. Just unbolt the Intake from the turbo and air filter box. Pull the tube free from the intake box and turbo. lift the box straight up and out. Swap the sensor MAF sensor over to the new intake and install the rest on the truck.
I have a different brand but I found it was easier to assemble everything on a bench then put it in the truck. You can then rotate the intake tube around if necessary and tighten everything at the end.
Just a heads up and something to look for before you slam the hood, I did have an issue with the rigid coolant line rubbing the hood. Ended up having to change it out to a flexible line and run it underneath the intake. I had used the hose from the egr delete kit that I haven't installed yet lol.
