One of my buddies just picked up a 2012 F350 CCSB XLT 6.7L w/55k miles.
Bone stock, clean truck.
I am unfamiliar with NY State laws, and emissions.
Some quick reading here- Diesel inspections emission testing | New York State DMV says they dont care what size truck you have, you have to pass all tests- safety, diesel, and OBD2.
Who lives in NY and has done some deletes- EGR, CAT & DPF?
Do you reinstall for testing?
What do they actually do to test for 'diesel' section of the testing?
What is the OBD2 scan looking for, just codes?
Do they crawl under the truck and look for all the components?
