Wheel offset question

Hey guys I'm getting ready to buy new wheels for my 2014 f250....I'm gonna put my new Toyo AT2's 295/65/20 on either 20x9 or 20x10 wheels. My question is (A) should I get the 9's or the 10's and (B) I like the look of pictures of trucks with the -12 offset on the 10's ...the 9's seem to come in 01 or 20. Which one will stick out like the -12 on the 10 inch rim. I'm thinking it's the 01. My truck will have a 2.5 ready lift on it. Any opinion will be appreciated.
