I dont own either of those but have heard nothing but good things about Weather Guard. Heard there tough and very hard to break into. Im in construction so i see alot of tool boxes. Its kinda like when you look at a job site and almost all the trucks are fords most tool boxes are Weather Guards. I have a Tractor Supply box (made by DeeZee) now and its really not the best, real flimsy and looks like you can break into it easily but works for me. My tools stay in the cab and i just keep the stuff that you should always have with you in the box.
