I have a 350 with 2.5 front and it sits perfectly level but looks like the rear is low due to the wheel well openings. A track bar is a must. readylift makes a fixed 2.5 track bar.
IMO I would not worry about pulling, you a## end sags no matter what anyway unless your pulling a little utility trailer!! I have the camper package and pulling my car hauler even empty (4000lbs) my back sags. so unless your make it look like a 70's dragster or have airbags its a non issue.
As for shocks you will find the 2.5 is a little tough to buy shocks for. bilstein actually told me to use the 0-2 with the shock extenders. not many make a 2.5 shock. but extenders at least are needed.
and don't forget to get a double shock steering stabalizer. it's funny how a lift makes your front end feel light.i put the single bilstein on and it is a waste IMO. I have a dual rough country to put in. but this all my experience ,with my 10 250 and my 12 350. some may have different ideas but this is what I found. good luck.
