I have almost 60K miles on mine and with 20 inch tires on it I am getting around 20 mpg. However, I do a lot of point A to point B driving to work and back with not a lot of stops so I am thinking that is why it is higher. I see 2-3 regens per tank too so I don't think that is out of the norm. Truck is stock atm, but I do think if I did a DPF delete and programmed it I would be getting 2-3 mpg more than I am seeing now
