2013 F250 Drooping Rear Suspension when loaded

I may be crazy but I've never seen a 3/4 truck sag this bad. I installed a slide-in tool body and it must have dropped 2 inches and looked awful. I also have a heavy Warn brush guard and a M12000 winch. You would think the extra weight up front would level it out but it doesn't. It is still about 1/2" lower in the rear.

This same body and winch previously rode on a '08 F250 and that truck sat 1 inch higher in the rear than the front.

Why does this model droop so bad? What can I do to fix it? I've seen a 1 inch add-a-leaf kit but my last add-a-leaf springs eventually cracked in the center.

I'd like to install a taller block but I'm not sure if thats easy to find. My F350 has two more leaves but I cant afford to buy new leaf packs.

How do the airbags perform off road? I drive a lot of mountain gravel roads that really flex it out. Do you deflate them to maintain flexibility?
