I think that the alignment shops don't take into account the road force incurred by these bigger tires they aren't putting enough tow into it when they set the truck up. I've had this conversation with several of those who should know in the industry.
The recommendation at this point is to increase the amount of tow in to .25° to .3°, right now I'm at .18° and on the highway it just feels like it hunts all the time.
I'm told no more than .3° or you could induce death wobble.
