Satellite Radio Module

I have this in the electronics section too...

Radio in my truck says "SAT FAULT" on it when you select one of the SAT channels - took it to the dealership and they said it needs a module. Called down to parts and they couldn't tell them a price so they can't tell me a price either. How much do these modules cost..??!!! Can I get one myself and replace it (how tough can it be???)?

My F350 did the same thing...only the dealership sold me the truck with it not working and it was still under the 36k warranty. Just went and looked at the bill but they don't put prices down when it's under warranty. You pretty much have to rip the center of the dash apart to do the replacement since it's tucked behind the radio, if you're comfortable with doing that then all you would need is the part.
