Just go through the training routine in your owners manual to build a relationship between your new TPMS sensor and your truck.
As far as your new wheels. The Ford computer will not support 20" wheels with your 3.31 rear end. So don't select the 20" wheels but rather choose the largest TIRES that are listed for the 17 or 18" wheels. That will be as close as you can get. The factory 20" rims ( 275/65R20) are 34.4" in diameter. See if any of the 18" tire selections will come close to the diameter.
Like maybe the 295/70R18 if the computer goes that tall.
