Well, that was then, and this is now.
The new Ram, aside from the overall Mopar lines is a very impressive upgrade. Competition like this makes better trucks for everyone.
Exactly, I mean it looks like dodge really stepped up with beefier frame, axles, upgraded interior and healthy power increase. I knew that 6.7 cummins had much more power in, but that 68re dodge tranny was the limiting factor. Now they have the Aisin, 385/850 torque. It will be interesting to see in upcoming months what the GCWR and Trailer weight tow capabilities.
Ford has always made a solid and sturdy framed truck, and stout trannies too. But dodge may just have narrowed that gap with the 2013, only time will tell.
I would buy a dodge over a Chevy dura max any day...
But for generations my family has been all pro ford, and I'm no different, just looks like ford will loose sales to dodge with this 2013 dodge cummins.
