I don't see the DPF/CAT bubble sticking out from under the frame, but the side vent in the first pic kinda looks red, hard to tell

No its not a gasser, on the first pic you can tell the vent is red. It has the spartan DPF delete with the 275 tune and a Banks exhaust and intake.
