Replace thermostat same time as radiator?

I'm going to replace my radiator this weekend and was wondering is this a good time to do the thermostat too? Egr is gone (heard that makes it easier) and truck has 158,xxx with original thermostat. Or does having the radiator out not open up the thermostat area enough to do them at the same time?

Yeah I suppose. I still need the belts and tensioner, Tstat, and pump. Just put new hoses in last fall. Thanks zmann I'll wait until I have everything. But the main item is the Mishimoto radiator!!!

I agree that should do T-stats while you are in there.

Go to the Vendor section and you will their info. I copied and pasted some of their info from the Vendor section:
Some of you may know this but for those who dont, along with our great pricing in the threads we also have our online web store. We offer up to 40% off and free shipping on most items.

http://sunrisefordparts.com/

enter promo code: extra5 to recieve an extra 5% discount

any questions on the site feel free to email jim@sunriseford.com or bezell@sunriseford.com or call (909)822-8736 ask for Jim or Brittain.

I am not a vendor so I am not the person you ordered parts from. You asked earlier in this thread where you could get info on Sunrise and I was just answering your question. I assume you ordered from Sunrise? I would send them a PM and let them know the code didn't work.
