Looking at a ford 6.4..Please help.

Hey guys im looking at selling my 6.7 and going back to a 6.4... not sure if its the right choice so feel free to comment. So my question is the truck im looking at is a 2010 with 36000 miles on it and never been tuned or deleted. Is it bad that it hasn't been deleted already? How much damage could be done with the regens and eger being on for 36000 miles. thanks just be cautious

I have 129,000 miles on my stock undeleted 2008 6.4 and she runs like a Swiss watch. I just had Blackstone analyze my oil and the report by them was worded as "nice". I will be doing full deletes next week with a livewire 5015 ts. Just want the truck to last a looooong time and looking for better MPG with diesel being over 4 buck per gallon!

Deleted mine at 100k. No problems. I wouldn't worry about 36k

What everyone else said. 36k isn't bad at all.
Why the switch?

I just made the same switch 2 months ago. Traded my fully deleted H&S Tuned 2011 6.7 on an 08 6.4 Spartan tuned and deleted. The 08 I found was just too good to let go!

Bought mine right over 36k miles. Don't know if it was there before I bought it but it had a slight leak to the radiator discovered about a month later. Come to find out it was out of warranty. So for the mileage, wear and tear of a late model 6.4 you are all right. Just check the usual suspects like the radiator, oil leaks and such. Otherwise you're getting a brand new truck with a huge discount.
