Recon side mirror light help

Okay so last week the bottom light on the passenger side went out, i took out the lens, checked wires and as far as i can see its fine. Now if the bulb is dead how do i replace it, because the smoked lens is glued to the silver backing where the bulbs are held.

The Recon marker lights I have are LED not bulb. Do not think they can be replaced. Contact Recon, they should/might replace it.
