Has anybody put one on a stock airbox yet

thanks for the bump, ya the afe torque tube is for their c.a.i 's but i'm sure you could rig it up to work on the stock airbox.

i think it will work fine. aftermarket air intake systems typically utilize stock intake tubing. same size and distance from the stock airbox to the turbo.

dont know what that is.watch out for crap that they say it works and dont.buy in to it
Banks is good for that alot in marketing.theres alot of guys on here that know there sh*t on the 6.4/6.0/7.3 so just ask one

I just installed the AFE stage II kit with torque booster tube, and the torque booster has a different dia. from the stock and doesn't interchange(I tried out of curiosity)

how much of a difference, like 1/4 inch or so, i can make anything work with mission couplings.

I already got the PG7 filter on the stock airbox so i thought i'd put the torque tube on an see the performance difference was.

Well there might be a slight difference if your where going to strap it on a dyno, but its really not going to do anything as far as seat of the pants
