Is this the stock system I'm my 2008?

Just wondering if this is the stock system with a K&N filter put in or an after market system. I've seen and heard all the mumble about K&N being a poor filter so just wondering if it's stock or not.
Thanks in advance!

Looks like at one time they put a k&n in there along with the stickers. You can look in there. I think the oem filter is a blue material.

The stock filter is a blue honeycomb design... If it's red and black usually K&N. And yes that is the stock air box.
