Back rack mounting and wiring questions

I have a 08 250. Mounting a Back rack this week and I'd like to put a set of spot /flood LEDs on it. I see there is only one bolt holding the Back rack in place on each side thru the stake pocket. Is this enough strength? And where do you run the wires through and back into the truck? I plan on using upfitter switches in the dash. There are pre made wires under the hood to go through the firewall... Should I use these? Also how do you mount your lights? I really don't want to pay 45.00 for light mounts from back rack

Thanks!!!

Interested in some opinions on the wiring also.

A buddy of mine said his headache rack bolted in the pockets was hard on the bed rails, but that was on a dodge. He re-enforced it by extending it down and bolting into the box mounting bolts somehow. I never got a close look at it.
