Love my 08 F350 SRW 6.4l 4x4

So my truck wanted to go past my exit to finish a DPF Regeneration process. So I took a local farm road back to my exit. Now it has been haul, snow and MUD tested. I couldn't stop laughing afterwards.

It's the impossible to keep clean or streak free black. And yeah since in about 2 weeks I'm but putting a small lift on it. I was planning on doing it this weekend but the brake lines are taking an extra 5 days to get here. So if there is still mud underneath it will be that much more fun.

You're out of line here. This forum is supposed to be used for fear mongering and complaining about fuel mileage on 9000 pound trucks. Please take your pleasant experience with a great truck elsewhere.

That's funny. Cause i could have been on a Chevy forum complaining about all those things. But the 08 f350 6.4l ccsb gets better fuel milage than my previous 03 2500hd 6.0l 4dr ext cab sb 2wd. I can now tow 5000 more lbs making my 5th wheel not even noticeableat 10000 lbs. I finally have room to sit five grown adults. I don't have service brake system and abs warning lights coming on every other week for no reason. I have a working srs (air bags) not one that simple decided not to work one day and Chevy had no idea why. So let's throw parts at it until it works again.

So yeah I could complain about fuel mileage and cost of repairs and some day I will. But after the smile on my face blasting threw 6 - 10 in of mud and laughing my butt off afterwards. It was a good day with a Ford.

Hope you all like the pics and the chance to hear some good about our trucks once in a while.
