Air mass meter

Took my truck to the dealer to have it checked for rough idle. The tech says it is the air mass meter. My service rep had him clean it to see if it would help. It did seem to help some but it still seems rough. Have any of you ever had to replace one? Any suggestions?

Air mass flow sensor is on the air-intake tube and easy to fix but expensive

Right. I moved it over when I installed my s&b intake. I was looking more for where to get one and if I should get new or remanufactured.
