hydro boost?

I'm ordering a new power steering reservoir for my 350 and I have the option to order one with or without hydro boost. So how do I confirm if my truck has hydroboost? Thanks.

If it is a diesel, it has hydra-boost.

the hydro boost uses the power steering pump to boost the brakes vs the power boosters that use vacuum

the new 6.7's ( some /all? ) and others went away from hydro and use a vacuum pump to power the booster I think it was a bad choice myself

so in a nutshel if your power steering lines power the device behind your master you have hydro also you might have the option of tow command master cylinder if your equipped with a brake controller you would want that part
